1st interview at KL

i had an interview today at KL and tis will be my very first interview at this big city.

at first i donot have the mood/interest to attend this meeting, but this company had been calling me for three times, so i told myself why not i give it a try.

my interview will be at 1130am. sayang and me depart Melaka around 9am and we reached Sungei Besi toll around 1030am. at that time, the HR from the company wic i was supposed to attend the interview, called me and asked whether im at KL? i say yes im at KL dy and she start to say "actually....." and i was like oh oh, don tel me u wanna cancel it? den she continued saying "my GM wont be able to make it at 1130am, isit ok i changed your interview session to 1230pm?". phewww...i tot she wanan cancel it last minit!!! or else im gonna get pissed off... so i say "sure, i can make it at 1230pm".

so we had breakfast at McD wif Hoon Leong. den leave half an hour later and start hunting for for the company wic im supposed to attend the interview. the company itself is situated near to Mid Valley.

reached tat company around 1225pm, den the HR told me GM still haven come bek yet. so i waited and finally around 109pm, he enter the meeting room. *sweat* he started looking at my resume and question me. FYI, the job position i applied will be Product Exec. so he interview me bla bla bla. he gave me lotsa stories wic my interview session end one hour and a half later. tats my longest record interview session i ever had. b4 we end everything, he start asking wen can i start working? and i noe im able to get the job dy. i told him January since im so new to KL, i need to hunt for rooms etc etc and i need time.

so there u go...im gonna leave Malacca and work at KL..sad sial...im gonna be real real home sick!! gonna mis my mama so much!! but anyway, sumbody at KL promise to be my mama .... so i do have a new KL mama..right hoon leong?

i have new visitors today...tats Miss Flu and Miss Sore Throat. thx to both of these 'visitors' wic makes me cant sleep well. nose block wen im sleeping, throat hurt so badly tat i have no choice but to wake up from my comfortable bed. sigh, im sick again.....

took flu tablets and make myself one cup of honey juice...mum says its good for sore throat.

while i was resting just now, suddenly i was brought back to my Form 4 secondary life. i remember the very 1st class of my Economics class, my Economics teacher wic wears heavy make up, ask us, apakah kehendak-kehendak murid-murid sekalian? everyone in the class was rasing up their hands and say they wan pc, car, house etc etc. and i was thinking so hard wat i wan, but i cant figure out wat i want.

if u ask me wat's my kehendak-kehendak( needs) now, i sure to list out the important stuff i want.

1. get a proper job ASAP
2. buy a house
3. buy a car
4. money money money!!!
5. and lastly, the very most important needs, i wanna bring my mum for vacation, as many places as i can, tis i PROMISE!

went to Hotel Equatorial wif sayang.....becos we wanna do sumthing illegal there!!! muahhaha...we booked a room yesterday nite and we ask for deluxe room! only for the TWO of us!!! besh giler babi siol!!

neah...im jus kidding...well, went to Hotel Equatorial wif sayang's family for brunch. we (his parents, aunt, grandma and sis) had Kampachi (not Lampachi ok?). apa tuh Kampachi ar? Kampachi is Japanese Buffet lor...my favourite~!!!!

its my second time trying Kampachi wif them and how can i miss it???? the food was superb; salmon, tuna, tempura, sushi, unagi etc etc!!!

price per person will be RM48++ (add tax will be roughly RM50++). so the total amount will be RM350++ for the seven of us. well, his sis belanja....the price was ok for his sister. i remembered once me, sayang n his sis had Japanese food at Singapore and the total amount was like $100++ (Singapore Dollars). u guys muz be saying we eat until so much tats y the cost oso parellel wif the amount of food we had. its not true cos Japanese food is memang around tat price. and its actually common for his sister....apa boleh buat, wanita korporat weh. earning 4-5K Singapore dollars every month at tis early age, mano tak kayo siol? *salute salute*

it muz be lucky to be born into sayang's family. his family was indeed the nicest family members i ever met. the way his mum tok to his sister was like sister-ly tok. and his cute grandma...living at the age of 93years old, she is still as stong as a bull and happily eating Japanese food!! mai siao siao. not much old people have tis perfect chance though...tats wat i see. and she always disturb (kacau) me too. *tsk tsk* and sum of the funny words she mention will make me laff automatically...example wen she says Panadol, she will mention Ai-si-po-lo. the first time wen she told me Ai-si-po-lo, i was like huh?? apa tu? den oni sayang told me she's actually refering to Panadol...muahahah...actually she wanna mention "Paracetamol", but she dono how to say mar, so she say ai-si-po-lo instead of paracetamol lor. oh yeah, another cute word she mention is curry-pop. i noe sum of us do says curry puff as curry pop, but the way grandma says damn cute and farny.

finish our makan session around 2pm den me n sayang went MP window shopping. there's Christmas decoration already and im so into the Christmas mooD!!!!

BBQ

just got bek from Hoon Leong's house. we(me, sayang, Hoon Leong, Benny and Xiao Jun) had a small BBQ at Hoon Leong's place.

me n sayang bought food at tesco den head home start marinating chicken and cooked spagetthi. we're not sure d amount of salt etc to marinate chicken, so we asked sayang's mum and grandma for help. they were superb fast in doing it. like they say in Mandarin 'sou jiao kuai' (hand leg fast). in less then 5minutes, they manage to kautim the marinating procedure.

after finish cooking spagetthi, we head over to Hoon Leong's place lor.

we had a really enjoy meal n bbq-ing together. tok cock non stop. hei, wat about steamboat nx time?? hehehe....lets tok bout tat nx time we meet again.

hei peeps! guess wat? im sick again!! lol, not really sick, but im having damn heavy flu now. *tsk tsk*

flu ---> due to dust...cleaning my room or my house? neah...not bout tat...well, it happened tis way...

i woke up at 8am today (surprisingly very early!!), got myself done den wait for sayang to come n pick me up at 830am. sayang came on time den we went over his place to wait for Benny at 9am.

benny came over around 915am, den we head over to xiao jun's house. so from her place, we took breakfast wif her mum etc etc. den off we head to Tampin. why? cos we are helping xiao jun to pindah umah!! no big deal bout tat but the dust is really killing me wen i help to carry few furnitures from her old house. moreover, the morning sun was extremely HOT wic is like burning my skin.

i start to have flu from tat time ownwards till now!! so so 'sinku' u noe onot???

anyway, we finish our shifting task around 5++pm!!! wah lau eh, damn tiring(tiring cos been sneezing non stop). i dono whether u guys experience b4 onot, but wen i sneeze non stop, my body tend to goes very weak, my legs start to feel like jelly-ish, my eyes feels heavy, my head start to knock knock knock wic is so pain! but i keep it to myself. (sayang: now u understand y im so freaking tired eventhough i don carry much stuff during the shifting period). i am not physically tired but MENTALLY tired!!

took panadol to ease my pain wic helps to reduce the pain after few minutes.

3 days 2 night at Kuala Lumpur

note: tis entry 'might' involved a lot of pics. so Hoon Leong, pls be patient while u load the pics.

im back!!!!!! from KL!!!! wanted to do shopping but time constraint doesnt allow me to do so.
it doesnt matter bout tat. the four of us (benny, xiao jun, sayang and myself) reached KL around 11++ am to 12pm.

our first destination at KL is The National Zoo (Zoo Negara). ticket prices was ok, not too expensive or cheap. moderate. children and adults are RM10 meanwhile RM5 for warga tua. when Benny was about to buy the ticket for us, he turn to me and ask "eh, urs is kanak-kanak price isit?".

the difference between National Zoo and Malacca Zoo is, they have penguins, sea lion and arapaima. three of dis animals oso can be seen at Singapore Zoo.

lunch at Marry Brown. den after finish 'visiting' those animals, we head to Sungai Wang shopping complex. bought Famous Amos cookies to munch while walking.

went Bintang Walk. we stop by at this shopping complex called Star Hill . the ground floor is the most impressing part. there's restaurant, pub etc. usually for rich people. got fascinated with one of the pubs there whereby they arrange those bottles ...err i dono how to describe but the pics below will explain to u.

and also the toilet is different. LOL, we actually took the pics of the toilets. for guys toilet, they have to pull tat long stick in order to get water. meanwhile the ladies toilet, sumbody working there will turn tat big round thing and the water will flow out. i admit im a jakun there!

we had ikan bakar for dinner at Petaling Street. one of the famous food stall there. those tat never try b4 its a muz to try! we ordered ikan pari, kupang and sotong.

hehehehe, here comes the best part. benny and xiao jun are very familiar with the KL roads. so benny show me the darkside of Kuala Lumpur. he drove us to Lorong Haji Taib to see ah kua!! wah lau eh, these ah kua are much more prettier and they do have sexy body den the Malaccans ah kua sial! they have tight and firm butt and sexy boobs! they wear superb short skirt wif low cut tight fit shirt wic show the cleavage! i ain't lesbo or pervert ok? these ah kua(s) will be waiting for their customers along the small lorong. usually cars tat pass by tis small lane purpose is to watch these ah kua(s) . they will drive rounds and rounds along tis lane to cek on those ah kua(s).

met Hoon Leong around 2am for yumcha session at Cheras, the famous Steven's Corner. one of the speciality there is roti tisu wic is 'cooked' wif tosai.

we woke up around 7++am the next day cos we planned to go Pulau Ketam. reached Port Klang around 1030am, bought ship ticket. the journey from Port Klang to Pulau Ketam is like rougly 35minutes. tats my first time taking ship. the amount to be paid is RM6 per person(one way only). the houses at Pulau Ketam are build on tiang.

we start to hunt for food there and finally settle down at one of the makan stall there.

we ordered chili crabs, sotong fritters, ikan merah, chai tan(vege) and lala oh jian. the total damage was RM95 wic is reasonable for four of us and obviously the food are also fresh.

afta makan, we visit the village. its a very small village whereby u wont be able to see cars there. their transport will be bicycle and motor wic uses electric. they don have petrol station there, cinema, spa, disco etc etc. but surprisingly they do have Maybank and Cosway there. becos its an island wic is surrounded with sumber air (i mean the sea of coz), the weather was so....HOT if were to compare to Malacca!! i swear to God its so freaking HOT there tat i nearly get a heat stroke!!!

we finish our 'hot' function around 245pm. den me n xiao jun was queing up waiting for the next ship to arrive. there's no passanger around but we stil queue up waiting for the ship. once the ship arrived, we quickly make our move, hop into the ship and sit at the first and second row from the front. tats bcos there's only two air conds, one at the front and another one at the back. those tat sit in the middle they will not be able to feel the air cond, tats wat happen to us one the first trip earlier. the other passangers start to hop in and says "eh sit in front la, behind hot lar". if me n xiao jun late by one minute, we wont be able to sit in front dy and we will suffer cos of KEPANASAN!

reached Port Klang around 315pm. den they decide to shoot up to Genting. instead of driving up, we decide to take bus cos it saves a lot. but we have no luck becos the last bus to depart from Genting is at 8++pm. they were saying last time the latest bus will be around 11++pm. nw they cut down the time to 8++pm instead. so we did not go Genting.

went yumcha later on till around 6++pm. went bek, took shower den off again we went out. we went to Imbi to had dinner. KL seriously had lotsa nice n famous food, PROVIDED u noe wat food and restaurant to go to. we went to one of the restaurant in Imbi and we ordered wa tan hor, pai kut, kang kung and paperbag chicken. the paperbag chicken is simply delicious and tender. meanwhile, the wa tan hor is not the normal type like we had at Malacca. its cooked wif beef. these beef are cooked till its so soft and tender. another nice makan place to go.

after dinner, we went over to another makan stall whereby tis restaurant is very famous for its mango puding. its called the Restaurant The Fruitti Stall. we ordered Mango Loh and Strawberry Loh. the taste, mmmMMMmmmm...is simply marvelous!

went over to KLCC. snap snap snap sum pics den only we make or move to meet Hoon Leong for yumcha. we reached the mamak around 1+am and i start to feel really sleepy. my eyes wanna shut down dy and i feel so stim. i was so quiet during the yumcha session. Hoon Leong knows tat im going to zzzz dy becos usually im superb talkative and becok but tat time i was so quiet.

reached home around 3am and i actually didnt brush my teeth b4 i go to bed! kenot tahan lar. eyes wanna tutup dy sial.

the next day, we woke up around 10++. we went over to tis restaurant Hung Kee(if im not mistake tats the name) at Cheras wic sells the best cha sau(daging panggang). wen i pop one meat into my mouth, it feels like heaven!! its so juicy and tender. thx to Hoon Leong for recomending us there. and oso thx to him for making me FAT!

went 1 Utama later on . brought one SEED shirt there. den we went Char Chan Teng to yumcha. wanna go Waffle World but its pack. sad sial... u notice or not we keep on makan and yumcha huh? lol... b4 we leave, we bought rotiboy. another famous bread thing. cek it out the webbie at www.rotiboy.com

around 5++pm, we left 1 Utama den went to meet Hoon Leong for our last yumcha session. becos Beny had smth urgent to do at Malacca later on, we have to leave KL earlier wic is at 615pm.

im now at sayang's place while waitin for time to pass by. sayang stil sleeping and im gonna wake him up soon cos benny coming over to pick us up at 830am. we r going KL and benny will b driving together wif his wifey.

gosh, i was sleeping in his sister's room ystday wen suddenly my right eye start to itch as though there's dust enter my eye. but wait a minute, im sleeping and how can it happen? sleeping wif eyes closing tats for sure...but i seriously had no idea how and why my right eye start to itch. and i have no idea why my right knee there suddenly got small bruise wic i remembered i did not knock on anyting ysday. but as i woke up and bath, i notice the 4cm diameter bruise on my right leg. nvm bout the leg cos its not obvious but my right eye is still RED!!! and swollen a bit...sad case..

The Apprentice Season 4 Episode 6

i jus finished watching Epi 6 of Season 4 Apprentice. in this 6th week of interview, their assignment was to .....

"Each team was to go to a Dick's Sporting Goods store and create an interactive sales event based on a sport of their choice. The team that generated the biggest percentage in revenue increases for that sport in the store would win the task."

towards the end of the day, Capital Edge(Alla the Project Manager) boosted sales in their department by 74%. Meanwhile Excel(Josh the Project Manager) team fell by 34% below average!

For their reward, Capital Edge flew up to Montauk in East Hampton on a private plane. There, they got on a fishing boat and went deep-sea fishing. I repeat "DEEP-SEA FISHING". sumbody muz be very addicted after reading tis. After their ocean excursion, they enjoyed a lobster feast around a bonfire on the beach – Trump living at its best!

Trump, looking very displeased, arrived in the boardroom and immediately told Excel that this was the worst defeat they've ever had on The Apprentice.

Jennifer tore into Josh as being a bad project manager, but Bill (the first Apprentice replacing George while he's away for business trip) was quick to point out that she bragged quite a bit about her sales skills but was unable to close very many. Jennifer made excuse after excuse as to why she couldn't do her job. She and Josh went at it across the table in front of Trump, Carolyn, Bill, and the entire team. so obviously either Jennifer or Josh goin home.

Because Josh was responsible for the biggest loss ever on The Apprentice, Trump didn't give him the chance to bring two people back to the boardroom. Instead, he asked Brian, Rebecca, and Marshawn to return to the suite (becos the three of them manage to sale the producs unlike the others), and the others to come back to the boardroom.

Jennifer passionately defended herself as she attacked Josh for letting the event turn into a baseball clinic. Verging on tears, she pleaded not to get fired. Trump turned to Josh and told him that he was an ineffective leader. To James, he said that his batting cage took up all the space. To Mark, he reminded him that he didn't sell a single thing. Trump looked at all four of them, and said, "the four of u, you're all FIRED!" Josh, James, Jennifer, and Mark sat there in stunned silence until Trump prompted them further, "Go home… go home."

we are Malaysian

my stomach still feel bloated and oso feel pedas pedas coz i had mutton curry, spicy chicken and ayam kurma yesterday. oh yeah, and tosai with this yellow yellow rice, dono wats it called but its not nasi briyani tats for sure. tats my first time i tried ayam kurma and its superb!

i didnt went for visiting yesterday (Deepavali) but i had those yummy yummy food at my sayang's place. heheehhe, wondering whether my sayang's family is an Indian onot huh?

his family 'spesil' skit. every year, every different festive season, his family sure will cook tis tradition food. the coming Hari Raya wic is tomolo, his mum plan to cook lemang, ketupat, RENDANG and oso how can i forget my favourite dish SAMBAL UDANG!!! those tat came over his house before and taste his mum sambal udang b4, will nv let go tat food!!! like they say, cuba sekali pasti mau lagi!! so i cant wait for tomolo!!!

meanwhile, Christmas, i remembered last year, his mum bought one whole turkey and cooked seafood spagetthi. simply delicious!! i shall be waiting for end of tis year too!!

as for Chinese New Year, every first day of Chinese New Year, they will have open house. so lotsa food will be served. roti jala, SAMBAL UDANG, chicken wings (his mum chicken wings oso besh giler babi!) etc etc. these sambal udang and chicken wings usually have a very high demand from the visitors. and most of them will definitely ask for the recipe for these two food. i never bruff u lar, i cakap betul ni, serius!

ok, i shall pen off now. ciaoz....

Happy Deepavali

me and sayang was supposed to visit Babu today for Deepavali but we cancelled off becos im not feeling well.

so we ended up watching DVD - The Longest Yard movie acted by Adam Sandler, Chris Rock, Nelly the R&B singer and bla bla bla..

oh yeah, the other Saturday, Xiao Jun invited me n sayang for her steamboat birthday makan. she actually invited us the other Thursday but sayang wasnt feeling well tat time so both of us didnt show up at her birthday party. and since she's having second birthday party and invited us again, we agree to join her birthday makan wif her colleagues. and coincidentally, one of her colleague happened to be my IJC skewlmate. very coincident....
